Problem:
I am preparing a presentation for work related to HR functions that could be used to illustrate human resources effectiveness using accident rates. I do not know enough about HR to understand how accident rates illustrate organizational effectiveness. Can you help? I need to know what HR functions are involved and how they relate to accident rates. For example if accident rates are up what HR functions are involved and how do these functions relate to the problem of increased accident rates. I could also use some recommendations on how HR can have a positive impact and contribute to the organizations effectiveness in regards to accident rates. How can I perform a strengths, weakness, opportunity, treats and trends (SWOTT) analysis on the recommendations?
