Your presentation should include: establishing an effective supervisor-supervisee relationship, establishing a plan for structured supervision content and competence evaluation, evaluating the effects of supervision, incorporating ethics and professional development into supervision, and continuing the relationship post-certification (Sellers, Valentino, & LeBlanc, 2016)
