A rapidly growing small start-up company (presently 100 employees, but expected to grow to 500+ employees over the next couple of years and to 1,000+ over the next 5 years) has posted a RFP (Request For Proposal) on the Internet inviting companies to submit proposals for computerizing this company's business needs. This company presently uses email, word processing and spreadsheets to "manage" its business. Its founders have little knowledge/understanding of IT (Information Technology) so the RFP is very sketchy providing little detail. In today's depressed economy, your small consulting company is "scratching" for survival.
Prepare an initial response when charged that will attract the interest of the company that posted the RFP?
