Problem
Your business is doing poorly, and the problem is poor communication.
Employees are not well trained in customer service: they are frequently rude or indifferent, and customers are posting negative reviews of the business online. Your company's public profile and social media presence are also not helping matters. Responses by company associates to customer complaints on Facebook, Twitter, and customer review platforms are often impersonal, vague, and confusing; and frequently fail to address customers' concerns. Furthermore, your marketing campaigns are inconsistent, failing to establish a clear brand for your product and sometimes giving contradictory information about sales and promotions.
Working in groups of 2 or 3, research a business that in your opinion models exemplary communication and customer service skills.
Prepare and deliver a presentation to your business's executives showcasing the communication policies and strategies of your chosen company. Explain in a reasonable amount of detail why this company is successful, what your business can learn from its example, and what steps should be taken to improve your business's public profile.
