Part I- Scenario: You are a software consultant working in an information technology company. You have an appointment with executive team members like the President, CFO, VP-Sales, and VP-Operations of a manufacturing company who potentially can be your future customer. Prepare a PowerPoint presentation that speaks about your company's software consulting services offerings. Assume some offerings that any software consulting service offers, google it if any questions on this). This is basically a sales/marketing pitch where you are presenting your services mentioning why your company is a good fit for partnership when it comes to software-related services.
Part II- Scenario: You are working as a system administrator in a manufacturing company. You have a yearly meeting with the department heads where you report your successes or achievements in the last 12 months. Prepare a PowerPoint presentation that speaks about your department's (systems) successes achieved in the last 12 months.
Part III- Scenario: You are working as a project manager in a manufacturing company. You have been asked to research & suggest a good collaborating tool that staff can use for setting up remote meetings. Prepare a PowerPoint presentation that draws comparisons across MS TEAMS & ZOOM. Your comparison should list the top features that are expected of tools like TEAMS & ZOOM along with the cost for use of these tools. Give a comparison in the end concluding with the suggested APP that you would like the company to subscribe to (MS Teams or ZOOM).
Instructions & Format of the document to be submitted:
1. The Max. # of slides in the presentation could be ten for each, Part (I, II and III).
2. You should present all PARTS (I, II & III) in one PowerPoint presentation so Max. # of slides could be 30 assuming you are using 10 slides for each
Part. III Finish each Presentation Part (I, II, and III) with a "Thank you" slide. It's ok if this is an additional slide after 10 slides.
