Prepare a feasibility study or business proposal that involves science or technology. A proposal consists of three basic parts: a description of the project; a research plan and/or execution schedule; and basic ballpark budget. The budget should include an itemized rationale.
a. The study or proposal can be on a topic of forecast paper, say projecting the future of a specific future technology or a science concept say five years from now that you may wish to market.
b. A formal proposal added to report addressed to a specific donor source but has to abide by the stipulated criteria, which you would need to include with the proposal.
