Milestone 4:
The three previous milestones in a Word document, formatted nicely. Plus, a business cover letter to the school district superintendent.
A good business cover letter has the following features:
1. A business letter format. Make it easy on yourself - use a Word template!
2. The name and address of your recipient. Send it to the superintendent - you can make up a name and address.
3. An introductory paragraph that states the purpose of the letter.
4. Single-spaced paragraphs with a blank line between each paragraph.
5. A quick summary of the contents of your attachments (the diagrams and security recommendations).
6. A concluding paragraph. Remember, you want to be hired to implement this project, so let them know how to contact you!
7. A page break at the bottom of the letter so that the next section starts on a new page.
Please put your cover letter at the beginning of the Word document that contains Milestones 1, 2, and 3.
