Modefication of Hydraulic Lift to Operate Electrically
Please prepare a bachelor thesis about the modification of (WG 300/2000) hydraulic lift to operate electrically. The number of pages should be between 40-45. Please work according to the following:
1. Start by writing general information about the manufacturing company (Herkules Hebetechnik GmbH)
2. Write a description of the product.
3. Explain the possible methods by which the hydrolic lift can be modified to operate electrically, and mention the pros and cons of each method.
4. Based on my research I have found out that the (UDMPP) method is the best, as it is the easiest to implement and most cost-effective. In addition, it can be implemented with the least modification of the original product.
5. After choosing the best method, please include the calculations of how much the method custs to be implemented. After that, explain whether it is cost-effective to modify the product, or is it better to just buy an electrical lift that is of no less quality.
6. Explain in details the steps of modification with an emphasis on the removal of hydraulic parts and the installation of the (UDMPP) as
well as other important components.
7. Please design a 3D model of the lift after it´s modified using Inventor program. Note that it is not necessary to use precise measurements, you can just use approximated measurements.
8. Make an animated video that includes everything mentioned in point 6 using Inventor program or any other CAD program. Also, at the end of the video include a short demonstration showing how the lift operates in action.
