History of aortic and mitral valve replacement. PROCEDURE PERFORMED: Stress Test BASELINE DATA: Blood pressure is 100/43. Heart rate 76. Baseline ECG reveals 100% ventricular pacing. STRESS: The patient was injected with 67.2 mg adenosine over 6 minutes. At 3 minutes the patient was injected with Myoview. The patient had nonspecific complaints. Heart rate did not change from baseline. Blood pressure as 80/36. The patient was reversed with 250 mg aminophylline and was discharged in stable condition and remained paced. CONCLUSION: 1. Borderline vasodilator response by adenosine. 2. Inconclusive adenosine for inducible ischemia by ECG criteria secondary to the presence of 100% ventricular pacing. 3. Myoview is pending.
