Brainstorm and post a list of rude comments that customers can make. While the possibilities can be endless, come up with ten and then rank them from the most offensive to the least offensive. Keep in mind you should respond with realistic comments; then provide a response to each comment as a manager who is trying to diffuse the situation.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
