As you know we are getting to revamp our employee handbook and l am looking for some guidance on whether or not we should put a mandatory arbitration clause into our new handbook.
My understanding is that this clause would reduce the amount of lawsuits employees could bring against us because they would have to go through mandatory arbitration process in order to settle any claims.
