Please explain why diversity and "good business practices" are closely aligned as well as explain some of the challenges of a more diverse work force. In addition, do you think that diversity is largely about learning how to lead people that are physically different than you (based on race, sex, age, national origin or physical ability) or instead, do you think that diversity is also about learning to lead people that are different from you from a personality perspective? Please explain how the two might be interrelated.
