(iii) needs of station masters, and other railway staff
(iv) passenger rest/retiring rooms, waiting hall
(v) toilet facilities
(vi) drinking water facilities
(vii) public telephone
(viii) public address system
(ix) cloak rooms for left luggage
(x) parking space
(xi) booking office for goods
(xii) electricity
(c) The needs of the railway traffic such as :
(i) adequate platforms and tracks
(ii) traffic control systems (signals)
(iii) adequate sidings
(iv) water filling arrangement
(v) servicing of locos, coaches and wagons
(vi) turntable for reversing engines
