Problem: Photoselective vaporization of the prostate. Patient underwent cystourethroscopy. Cystoscope was then exchanged for laser scope where he underwent green light laser vaporization of the prostate starting at the level of the bladder neck and continuing to the verumontanum in a circumferential manner.
