b) Describe how, other than on the grounds of sex discrimination, an employee might be discriminated against throughout employment.

Question 8: It shall be the duty of every employer to give a safe place of work for their employees.

a) Identify employees who might be at special risk, and describe steps an employer must take to provide them with additional protection.
b) Describe how the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations offers protection to all employees.
c) Explain the duties of an employer under the Health and Safety (Display Screen Equipment) Regulations.
