Assignment:
1. Pick your own TED talk (website link provided above) that describes an innovation and how it matters to logistics.
2. Using this innovation, prepare a Kano Analysis (see attachment) and describe the results from the perspective of two different stakeholders in logistics.
3. Based on your Kano Analysis, do you still see a need for this innovation in logistics and supply chain management? Why or Why not?
4. Submit your Kano Analysis (with graphics) and answer to item 3.
