Task: Using your results from the Personal Leadership Brand interactive media piece:
1) List your five most important attributes and your five least important attributes.
2) Explain the grounds upon which you based your decisions about your personal leadership brand.
3) Provide the rationale for your top five list and clarify why you selected these particular five attributes as least important.
4) Spend some time thinking about the items that did not appear on your list and add anything that you think might be important relative to your selection process or your leadership brand.
5) Use the course readings and your own experience to guide your response.
Instructions:
1. In each of the five groups of attributes below, select the four attributes that you think are of high importance and the two attributes that you think are of low importance. When completed you'll have a total of 20 highly important attributes and 10 attributes of lesser importance.
2. From this set of 20 highly important attributes, select the 10 that you feel have the highest importance.
3. From the set of 10 lesser important attributes, select the 5 that are the least important.
4. Once your two lists are complete, copy and paste them into a document for safe keeping. You will need this list for this week's discussion activity.
