Construct an email as an invitation asking for feedback about "D" you personal behavioral style according to the DISC assessmet. Share as much of the feedback that you received from the DiSC assessment as you feel comfortable with and ask for feedback on whether your colleagues see you as you see yourself. Explain to the participants why their participation will benefit you both.
