After the river crests, the Operations Section will need to perform additional functions such as control the perimeter, perform search and rescue operations, and restore utilities. The Operations Section Chief should: Combine the evacuation resources into one large Division under the supervisor of a Leader. Assign a Deputy to assist in the management of tactical resources. Add Branches to allow for another level of supervision for the expanding resources.
