He does not smoke but has 4-5 drinks per day on average. On arrival, his vitals are BP 110/70, HR 95, RR 20, Temp 98.7, and Sat 98% on RA. On exam, he has conjunctival pallor, a 2/6 ejection murmur, and a liver that is easily palpable below the ribs but no jaundice. Where should the workup start? What else should be checked? A.
