1.4 Competition and Competitive Advantage:-
I. Big Bite restaurant:
Strength: Different varieties of food items.
Weakness: Late delivery. Minimum order OMR 20, which makes the customers doesn't think of using this service always.
II. Turas Fins coffee shop & fast food:
Strength: Suitable and affordable prices.
Weaknesses: Lack of quality in the products that offered. Shortage of staff.
III. Alrawabi coffee shop:
- Strength: Quick to provide orders to customers.
- Weaknesses: Food is served at low temperature.

Penetration pricing occurs when a company launches its products at low prices in order to secure market share
1.6 Advertising & Promotional Strategy: maybe
We use social media as the main source of advertisement as it's free of cost. We also use, flyers, bill boards which will cost OMR 300.000 inaddtion for our opening ceremony we have approached Radios for announcing which costs OMR 50.000. We also do direct market in which we go to campuses and college to promote our café.
We've rented the place on an agreement of OMR 250.000 per month.
The machine ,or equipment's and furniture's which are used in "Top Tasty" such as Table, Chair, , reception, , Oven, blenders, juicer, cutleries, microwaves, waste bins, napkins, accessories for decoration.
