The hospital formulary consists of the following medications: oxycodone 5mg, morphine IV 2mg, ketorolac IV 30mg, pregabalin 75mg, gabapentin 300mg, dexamethasone IV 10mg, acetaminophen 500mg, and celecoxib 200mg.
