Problem: Lynn is a 62-year-old patient seeking care for a persistent cough with increasing shortness of breath (SOB). Lynn reports not feeling well 9 days ago after attending a conference with her employer in another state. Lynn states she feels weak and has little energy resulting in her not going to work for the last 2 days. Upon assessment, the RN notes the following subjective data from performing a health history and review of Lynn's chief complaint (CC).
