She denies any recent sick contacts or travel. Her past medical history includes seasonal allergies and bipolar affective disorder. She takes cetirizine (Zyrtec) as needed and quetiapine (Seroquel) but adds that her mental health provider just added another medication to address her depressive symptoms but cannot recall the name. Based on this information provided and general knowledge of dermatological conditions that can occur in psychiatry. The patient has been diagnosed with stevens-johnson syndrome. what should be the first intervention to treat this condition, what labs would you recommend obtaining to determine the level of management needed to care for this patient and what information would you provide the patient on discharge??
