Problem: Your patient has been brought in via police escort. The patient admits to substance misuse, she appears unkempt with dirty clothes, her hair hasn't been brushed and she appears underweight. Upon assessment it is established that she has a13 year old son, John, that also lives with her and that at the time of her being admitted he is out at a sleepover.
