Patient complaining of regular uterine contractions

Problem:

A 26-year-old Gravida 2 Para 1 (G2P1) presents to the labor and delivery triage area with her support person at 41 weeks and 2/7 days' gestation. She is complaining of regular uterine contractions for the last hour and a half, and she states that her "water broke" 4 hours ago. She states that the baby is moving frequently and that she feels no urge to push at this time. She is scheduled for an induction of labor tomorrow for post-dates and tells the nurse that the midwife thinks she has a "big baby." The nurse observes the client breathing well through contractions with adequate coping mechanisms and notes a large amount of yellowish-green amniotic fluid on the stretcher when the client ambulates to the bathroom
