Problem:
A 52-year-old patient presented to her primary care physician with tender right breast. The physician noted the breast was inflamed, with an orange peel appearance. She had left breast cancer in 1999; stage III, treated with modified radical mastectomy, chemotherapy and Tamoxifen. Discharge Summary: Patient had biopsy of right breast. Pathology: infiltrating duct carcinoma. No axillary nodes were palpable. CXR, bone scan, and LFTs all negative. She was referred to medical and radiation oncology departments. Need Professional Help?
