Meet with work colleague (Team Leader) For this part of the assessment you are to meet with a team leader, and discuss an issue with Jim (your first client). Refer to the scenario below and use this to base your discussion on.

Scenario: Jim continued Jim has settled in nicely to his routine of care and support. In fact, he really appreciates your time and has built a relationship of trust with you over a period of 8 weeks.
