Problem 1: Outline two (2) different ways in which you/your organisation provide customer service. Be clear on what 'prompt' will mean in each example.  Explain how you ensure that this service is delivered promptly and in accordance with organisational and legislative requirements?  Note: if you are not currently in the work force please respond to this question in relation to an organisation with which you are familiar.

(a) Imagine that a customer has complained about a product or service they have obtained from your organisation. Remembering to consider the organisational and legislative requirements associated with the provision of your products and services, briefly describe how you would handle a typical complaint and how you would interact sensitively with the customer.
