This homework is intended to help you use leadership skills to gather project members from cross-functional departments and skill sets and lead them in the fulfillment and implementation of a mock project.
Apply project management tools and a PM outline type of your choice to structure and plan the project by defining, planning, and controlling.
Create 10 to 12 slides PowerPoint presentation (supported by Excel and Word as needed), with detailed speaker notes, that includes the following:
i. Project description
ii. Project Management Charts (Critical Path, Gant Chart, etc.)
iii. Improved Process Flowchart from Week 1
iv. Meeting cadence/rhythm and timing
v. Metrics to measure the project's success
vi. Financial and budgetary considerations
vii. Description of the project reporting structure.
Format your homework according to the following formatting requirements:
i) The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
ii) The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the homework, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
