Compare and contrast at least three different organizational theories outlined by Holzer & Schwester (2019). Choose a minimum of three theories developed by specific people (e.g., Max Weber, Herbert Simon, Mary Parker Follett, etc.) from at least two categories of theories (e.g., Classical, Neoclassical, Human Relations, Systems Theory, etc.). For each theory, describe its main elements and how it applies to public administration, as well as what you perceive to be its strengths and weaknesses. Conclude the post with a paragraph identifying which theory is best suited for managing a public agency, explaining what makes that theory more appropriate than the others discussed.
