Write a reflective report on the theoretical and practical aspects of their chosen DFV awareness campaign.
Length: 1200 words.
Task: Students will write an individual reflective report on the theoretical and practical aspects of their chosen DFV awareness campaign. The report must address the following points:
1. Discuss your understanding of DFV, taking into consideration underpinning values and philosophies based on current theory and research knowledge
2. Discuss the prevalence and historical and socio-political context of DFV (e.g. why does it exist?, who gets harmed, why?)
3. Reflecting on point 2, outline the impact (e.g. physical, emotional) of DFV on your chosen group and identify the needs of the group, including specific and cultural considerations.
4. Outline the legal and ethical challenges you can envisage working in the chosen area of your DFV research (e.g. duty of care, confidentiality and disclosure, codes of conduct, professional boundaries)
5. Discuss how perpetrators can be held accountable for DFV and suggest a change strategy
6. Explain what learned about DFV from this project and how your personal beliefs have been challenged
7. Students are encouraged to write their report in a style of written communication used in a workplace environment with source material acknowledged.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
2. The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
3. Also include a reference page. The Citations and references should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
