Final Term Paper-Restaurant general manager course
The topic for the Final Paper is: How you treat the customer (both internal and external customers) and communication. You will be expected to present your ideas on why this component is the critical topic that it is, perhaps the most important component of a restaurant operation. Demonstrate how food & beverage is secondary to something that matters even more, that what is more meaningful is creating positive, uplifting outcomes for human experiences and human relationships.
Explain how through proper communication, the restaurant business is all about how you treat people. The paper is to be a minimum or 7 pages of content, double spaced, with pages numbered and a cover page.
