Our authors’ present computer based training as a training technique for both the classroom and self-paced training methods. The difference being the classroom methods use of computer training is centered on networked computer labs/classrooms where the computer training is synchronous and geographically centered. The self-paced methods use of computer training is asynchronous and geographically dispersed.
