A. Briefly explain the main factors of chosen law enforcement agency by considering the following:
Explain the basic organizational structure, its different functions and purposes within police agency you selected. Write job description for typical police position found in selected agency.
Outline recruiting and training programs for the typical police position found in the chosen agency. Discuss the issues confronting police recruitment and training for your selected agency.
B. Identify and then explain any challenges and best practices that best apply to the selected agency by addressing the following:
Explain the context of hazards that are inherent in the police work and police patrols for the chosen agency.
Explain the best practices, procedures, tools, and/or techniques which might be utilized within the chosen agency.
C. Provide at least four (4) credible sources. Your assignment should:
Be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides; citations and references should follow APA or school-specific format.
