Using an organization that you have either worked at or are familiar with, address the Change Process to include:
a. Three types of change;
b. Organizational Development Techniques used in managing change;
c. Why people resist change; and
d. Strategies used to manage change.
In addition, change is a critical component for any organization.
Be sure to include the following in your paper:
a. How change is implemented;
b. The barriers you see in managing change; and
c. What can be done to improve change within the organization you are addressing in this paper? Be sure to cite examples in your paper.
This paper is to be a minimum of 4 full pages (excluding the Title Page, Abstract if prepared, and Bibliography), with a minimum of 3 creditable research sources and will be submitted in proper APA format.
