Organizational Design and Management Analyst
Ability to lead and facilitate coordination with functional area representatives in determining the feasibility and potential impact of proposed changes.
Ability to communicate in writing to develop job descriptions; and guidelines, instructions, and procedures on organization design and job evaluation issues.
Ability to communicate orally to provide technical guidance to managers, field employees, and team members on staffing, organization design, and job evaluation; and to deliver presentations and provide training.
