Consider the culture of an organization for which you currently or used to work or belong and answer the following questions:
- Describe one or two key dimensions of your organization's culture. (Hint: Refer to Exhibit 2-4 on p. 45 of the textbook.) Be sure to mention the type of organization (e.g., restaurant, hospital, etc.) you are describing.
- Provide one example of how employees learn your organization's culture. (Hint: Review p. 45 in the textbook.)
- Is your organization's culture effective? Why or why not?
