Organizational culture helps explain the how people act and interact in organizational groups. Organizational culture is made-up of the group’s collective beliefs, values, assumptions, behaviors and practices (Torben, 2015). Organizational culture has a large impact on an organization. Culture should not be ignored; but embraced. How can we embrace it?
