Organizational Behavior: Motivation for effective training
Use the expectancy and reinforcement theories of motivation (and optionally, any other motivation theories that you believe may apply) in order to answer the following questions:
1. Explain why employees in an organization may not be motivated to perform well in a training program, and
2. Suggest improvements in the program based on these theories so that employees are motivated to understand the material, pass the exam, and apply the material in the workplace.
