Executive Summary:
The purpose of this project is show that Toolcorp has the ability and should expand globally. Although our primary home office is Tennessee, our business continues to be successful all over the United States and Canada. All of our products including power tools, lawn mowers, lawn furniture, microwaves, and ranges are built locally and we use large retailers to sell our merchandise. We will require a marketing campaign set forth in the global markets to advertise and expand our branding. We would need to expand upon our home office capabilities and determine if mass producing locally or creating another global site will be most efficient.
Funding to research and develop will be costly however will ultimately increase our production and distributions. We expect that a budget of 1 billion will be needed. We will need to first plan by doing a SWOT Analysis, develop strategic objectives, outline a full strategic initiative plan and research what global markets we should be most successful infiltrating. The process is to benchmark the global industry.
This process needs to be transparent in the eyes of our current customers and the improvements implemented without distractions to the customers or employees current process in Tennessee. It needs to be seamless and all that is noticed is the improvement to expand globally.
Through documentation, surveys and overall tracking our processes we know what works for Toolcorp here in the States and Canada. We have one-year, five-year, and ten-year strategic objectives. We look forward to the challenges ahead.

Mena
