This assignment intends to assess the organisational management as a relational process; moving beyond the system-control orthodoxy.
Answer the following question in a business report format.
Identify and discuss the advantages of moving away from the influential system-control orthodoxy about organisational management and of adopting, instead, a process-relational way of framing it.
Student MUST critically analyze the content of discussions by relating it to theoretical elements supported by in-text citations and referencing. A minimum of 15 references is needed from a combination of the textbook and academic journals. Student MUST apply and relate theoretical elements with examples to justify their arguments of the theories that are being analyzed.
