Operationally define the behavior

Problem: Choose one of your own behaviors that you would like to increase or decrease and write the following information:

*Operationally define the behavior (state it in observable and measurable terms that can be easily verifiable by others).

*State a goal of what frequency you want the increase or decrease the behavior to.

*State how you would collect data on this behavior. For social validity purposes, state why you want to change this behavior.

For example: If you wanted to increase the number of steps that you take per day, you could define the behavior as "steps per day" and specify that you will use a pedometer or fitness watch to collect your data and that your goal will be to 10,000 steps her day. You would then state why this is a goal you would like to achieve.
