One-Page Action Plan: The written portion of the paper is to include one-two paragraphs that provide supporting information about your action plan and how it will be used. The actual 200-300 word action plan is to be placed in the appendix of the paper. For the one-page action plan, you are to create a learning and development plan in graphic form (i.e., chart(s), table(s), picture(s), or other form(s) of graphics) to close the gap. The plan is to be detailed and follow the guidelines of SMART goals (i.e., Specific, Measureable, Achievable, Relevant, and Timely). Its purpose is to be a visual model or table that will help you stay on target for achieving your identified goals within the timeframe identified.
