Problem

There is a woman aged 30. she is working in the IKEA company as a checkout operator for the past 8 years. She works full time (38 hours per week). Last year she met with an accident and was badly injured that time, so due to the accident she sever back pain in the winter season. Now the winter season is coming she faces a lot of problems specially in the morning and night while commuting to work from home. That's why in this month she came late for 2-3 times on work. And supervisor made a complaint against her to the manager and the manager gave him verbal warning that we will dismiss you if you are again coming late on work. So after this verbal warning, one week ago the bus was late and she arrived at work half an hour late. The supervisor would not listen to her explanation and said that you were dismissed with immediate effect,
