Assignment task: Compensation/Motivation
Consider your central job (i.e., the job that the MAJORITY of your employees will hold. Note that this will likely be a lower-level job, NOT management).
Describe exactly how and on what basis job holders will be compensated. Be specific about your compensation plan. Use the motivation theories from the class to support/justify your compensation package.
Describe exactly how your pay plan will foster motivation and focus (think GOALS here). Are there any potential drawbacks to your pay plan? List and describe them.
