On the line of energy crisis

On the line of energy crisis - what's your opnion about this statement. No word count "Lionel. I agree with you that I find it hard to understand what is better -- refurbishing a old building or tearing it down and building brand new. But, I think regulations could bring another positive aspect to our struggling economy. While the business owner may struggle with the initial cost, the increase in process would create more jobs -- even if temporarily. Construction would increase and the companies for supplying building materials, etc would also increase as the demand increases. Once again, it's the trickle effect. Unfortunately, once all of the remodeling or rebuilding is complete, it might take a turn downward again as the demand would go down, but at least all of the buildings would be more efficient and use less energy and resources. These regulations would also ensure that all new buildings would be compliant. These regulations mean that new buildings would require the same materials and resources instead of the business owners using these areas to save costs. I think for a successful economy, the money has to come from the right place. Where that place is, I have no idea :) I'm only 26 and I don't run the country!
