Part B Consists of two sections -
Gaining feedback from others on your progress and reflecting on the outcomes of the action plan, recommendations for ongoing action. ·
Outcomes of the action plan reflection (1,500 - 2,000 words)
o Obtain feedback from others on your progress/development of interpersonal skills. Record and evaluate the feedback. Reflect on your progress/the outcomes of your practice/experiment with the new ideas, behaviours and skills.
Include information from the Part A literature review, MOODLE resources and workshops to assist you with the reflection. Recommendations for ongoing action - o Use the SMART model of recommendations. They must be practical, implementable.
Part B should include - Title page and Contents page using correct format - References (in correct APA format) at end of assignment - Appendices - labelled and numbered. - Assignment written using Font size point12 - Mark schedule + Assignment Cover Sheet
Past students, based on the primary research appraisal - found work was needed on their interpersonal communication in family relationships, and used relational communication theories as a way to improve relationships - identified the dialogue and behavioural styles they used in interpersonal conflict situations and implemented behaviours and intrapersonal/self esteem theories in gaining effective outcomes - focussed on how they gave and received feedback in the workplace using identity communication theories to improve the interpersonal process.
REMEMBER - Your analysis should be grounded in interpersonal communication literature. In other words, Use the material discussed in the textbook, the ideas from De Vito, additional readings/resources used in classes and the resources on MOODLE, to help you gain insight. Using relevant resources and research is important.
