Obtain an explicit expression for the reliability function

It's a reliability question, thanks
The time-to-failure of a certain type of product has hazard function
h(t) = 2 for 0 < t < 0.6
h(t) = .05 for 0.6 ≤ t < 4
h(t) = 1 for t ≥ 4.

Here time is measured in years.

a) Obtain an explicit expression for the reliability function R(t).
b) Will a burn-in work in this case? Why? If so, what is a reasonable burn-in period?
c) What is the mean residual time-to-failure for products that survive 5 years?
d) Suppose the company asks your advice whether a preventive maintenance cycle of 2 years is reasonable. What is your advice and why? Be very clear.
