OBJECTIVES:The purpose of this assessment is to focus on the fundamental aspects of Operations & Quality Management as it applies to an organizational structure adopted by the organization.
DELIVERABLES:
- Identify an organization of Hard Rock Cafe Singapore.
- Describe briefly the nature of the organization itself, its Operations & Quality Management systems and how these systems improved and contributed to the organization's current success.
- Evaluate and analyze the organization in terms of its system ( process and procedural flow) and organizational structure.
- Assses how an Operational & Quality Management strategy could be relevant ( if it does not have system or structure) or how it could be further strengthened (if a system or structure already exists)
- Critically assess what the impact of an effective Operational & Quality Management system or the lack of one can be to this organization, in terms of its decision making process and its competitivesness within the industry that it operates.
-Written report :1500 words, excluding table of contents, referencing, charts, figures and appendices.
